The lot is completely empty; you can have your choice of spaces. The decor? Now that has an unique quality, with building supplies scattered both outside and inside the place. Perhaps it is trying to express a nothingness that wants to be something, a message that is also in the indecipherable sign board. So don't try to eat there.
